IN THE PROBATE COURT OF SHAWNEE COUNTY, KANSAS IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF EDITH HIGGIN¬BOTHAM, DECEASED.
No. 22376 NOTICE OF HEARING ON FINAL SETTLEMENT The State of Kansas to all persons concerned:
You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed in said court by Joe M. Gresser, adminis¬trator with will annexed of the es¬tate of Edith Higginbotham, de¬ceased, praying for a final settle¬ment of said estate, approval of his acts, proceedings and accounts as special administrator and as ad-ministrator with will annexed, al¬lowance of fee for himself [sic] and all¬owance for attorney fees and ex¬penses; and also praying that the court determine the heirs, devisees and legatees entitled to the estate and the proportion or part there¬of to which each is entitled and dis¬tribute and assign the same to them in accordance with the nun¬cupative will of Edith Higginboth¬am, deceased, and according to the laws of intestate succession; and you are hereby required to file your written defenses thereto on or before the 2nd day of December, 1957, at ten o’clock, a.m., on said day, in said court, in the City of Topeka, Kansas, at which time and place said cause will be heard. Should you fail therein, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon said petition.
