Alfred Koci Dies; Services Thursday
Alfred Clare Koci, 74, 2509 Buchanan, was dead on arrival Monday at a Topeka hospital.
Dr. C.G. Hermann, deputy district coroner, said he will perform an autopsy today to determine the cause of death.
Alfred Koci was born August 23, 1893, at Auburn and lived at Delia before he moved to Topeka July 5, 1965. He was a member of Delia Presbyterian Church. He was a retired far¬mer.
Survivors include his wife [edits made] Rosie Koci, of the home; three daughters, Mrs. Viola Beach, Silver Lake, Mrs. Nina Wehner, Eudora, and Mrs. Gladys Smith, Oklahoma City, Okla.; three sons, Richard H. Koci, Merriam, Irvin A. Koci, Dresher, Pa., and Clyde D. Koci, 1206 Boxwell [sic Boswell]; two brothers, George Koci, Route 9, and Fred Kocil 035 Wabash; three sisters, Mrs. Mary Slansky, Plainville, Mrs. Grace Hromada, 604 High, and Mrs. Alice Bayless, 1938 N. Jeffe¬rson; and seven grandchildren.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Wall-Diffenderfer Mortuary.
