Early-day Rossville Resident Dies In Kansas City Hospital

Fred D. Bell of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away June 4 in a Kansas City hospital. He was 85.

The son of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Bell, he was born in Rossville, the oldest of seven boys. His father worked at the mill in Rossville for years before the family moved to Wabaunsee, Kansas.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Eugene Beard, of Wabaunsee who lives on the place owned by his parents; and a brother, Rev. Thomas Bell of Detroit, Michigan.
