Obituary- Martinek, Albert 3

Albert J. Martinek

Albert J. Martinek, 93, Rossville, died Sunday, May 21, 1989, at a Topeka Hospital.

He and his wife farmed from 1920 until 1959, when they retired and moved to Rossville.

He was born February 22, 1896, northeast of Rossville, the son of Vince and Agnes Simecka Martinek.

He was married to Frances Badura June 23, 1920. She died February 1, 1986.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Blanche Bales, Topeka; two sisters, Mrs. Helen Macha, Council Grove, and Mrs. Mae Brown, Kansas City, Mo.; and three brothers, Henry Martinek and Bennie Martinek, both of Rossville, and Emil Martinek, Topeka.

Services were at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Parker-Price Mortuary in Topeka. Burial was in Rossville Cemetery.
