Obituary- Matyak, Marie 2

Marie L. Matyak
Marie L. Matyak, 97, Topeka, died Friday, May 8, 1992, at a Topeka nursing home.

She was born December 1, 1894, in Rossville, the daughter of Frank and Mary Mynar Dolezilek.

She was married to Paul Matyak on March 19, 1918. He died June 12, 1958.

Survivors include a daughter, Lydia Anderson, Topeka; three sons, Paul F. Matyak, Jr., Delia, Frank A. Matyak, Topeka, and Joe W. Matyak, Rossville; two sisters, Anna Strimple and Lydia Strimple, both of Rossville; 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Graveside services were at 3 p.m. Monday at Czech-Moravan Cemetery north of Rossville. Relatives and friends met from 3 to 5 Sunday afternoon at Parker-Price Mortuary.
