Vencille McClain
Vencille McClain, 71, Olsburg, died Friday, December 27, 1985, at a Manhattan nursing home.

Mr. McClain was a retired wholesale salesman. He served in the military during World War II.

He was born February 28, 1914, in Lexon, Ky., the son of Roy and Eva Trimble McClain.

Mr. McClain was a member of Living Water Ranch Church at Olsburg.

He was married to Lillian Ball June 1, 1984, at Living Water Ranch, Olsburg. She survives.

Other survivors include two sons, Dr. Eldon McClain, Ocean Springs, Miss., and Arlan McClain, Dixon, Ill.; two stepsons, Bill Nichols, Topeka, and Dale Nichols, Eureka Springs, Ark.; four sisters, Mrs. Mazie Gooderl, Hoyt, Mrs. Nancy Treble, Mesa, Ariz., Mrs. Barbara Casto, Ukiah, Calif., and Mrs. Letha Reser, Rossville; two brothers, Thornton McClain and Luther McClain, both of Rossville; 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Services were at 1 p.m. Monday at Cowan-Edwards-Yorgensen Funeral Home in Manhattan. Burial was in Rossville Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Living Water Ranch in care of the funeral home.
