McClain
James Daniel McClain Jr., 50, Meriden, died Saturday, Feb. 13, 1988, at his home.

Dr. Angel Arafiles, Jefferson County deputy coroner, said he died of natural causes.

Mr. McClain worked for the city of Meriden. He delivered the Capital-Journal for the Meriden area until 1986. He was a volunteer firemen for Rock Creek Township.

He was born April 6, 1937, at Meriden, the son of James D. and Gladys Beldsoe McClain Sr. He lived in Meriden all of his life.

Mr. McClain attended Jefferson Assembly of God Church in Meriden, having been voted in as a member the day of his death.

Survivors include a sister, Maryan Eisermann, Meriden.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Jefferson Assembly of God Church in Meriden. Burial will be in Delia Cemetery at Delia.
