Obituary- McCune, James

James W. McCune
James W. McCune, 46, passed away, June 12, 2011. Jim was born
September 23, 1964 in Kansas City, MO the son of Al and Margaret (Comstock) McCune.

He married Phyllis Rousseau in Overland Park, KS on September 3,1988.
Jim attended Pittsburg State and worked as an Employment and Training Counselor. He was a volunteer for the Shawnee County Fire District #4, an Army veteran and a Scout leader. He also enjoyed coaching, being outdoors and giving help to others. Jim was a handyman excelling in many crafts.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis; son, Randy; daughter, Lakota; brother, Bill McCune and sister, Marie Graham.

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Friday at Kevin Brennan Family Funeral Home, 2801 SW Urish Rd., Topeka KS 66614.
