Obituary- Miles, Harry

Attack fatal to Harry Miles of Rossville
Harry B. Miles, 72, Rossville, died Nov. 12 in a Topeka hospital after an extended illness.

He was born Feb. 20, 1898, at Atchison, and had been a resident of Rossville 11 years, moving there from Topeka.

Mr. Miles was a businessman in Marshall County, retiring in 1956. He was a veteran of World War I; a member of the Rossville Christian Church; and the American Legion Post of Rossville.

He was married in 1922 to1 Rosella Watson, who survives, at the home.

Other survivors include a daughter: Mrs. Betty Holly, of Route 9, Topeka; a brother: Col. Jack Miles, U.S. Marine Corps, Washington, D.C.; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Interment was made in the Rossville Cemetery.
