John L. Lillard
John L. Lillard, 83, Rossville, was dead on arrival late Tuesday, Sept. 17, at a Topeka hospital.

Mr. Lillard was a self-employed carpenter.

He was born Sept. 22, 1901, at Rossville, the son of John A. and Mary Martin Lillard, and spent his life in Rossville.

Survivors include an uncle, John S. Martin, Rossville.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Verschelden Funeral Home in St. Marys. Burial will be in Rossville Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Jimmy Lillard Post No. 31 of the American Legion in Rossville.
