Obituary- Luman, Julie 1

JULIE ANN LUMAN
Julie Ann Luman, 18, Mayetta, died Friday, August 17, 1979, in a two- vehicle accident north of Delia. A Jackson County sheriff department spokesman said Miss Luman was a passenger in a small pickup truck that smashed into the back of a stopped gasoline tanker truck one and one-half miles north of Delia.

She was born February 23, 1961, at Oswego, the daughter of Herman and Ilah Marie Lee, and had lived at Mayetta nine years.

Miss Luman attended Delia elementary schools and was graduated from Rossville High school in 1979. She was a student at Clark College, Topeka.

Survivors include her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Lee, Mayetta, two sisters, Lisa Lee and Amy Lee, both of the home; a brother, Bruce Lee, of the home; her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Hoobler, Oswego, Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Luman, Chetopa, Mr. and Mrs. Dale McRae, Wichita, and Mrs. Minnie Lee, Wichita, and a great-grandmother, Mrs. Mary Tullis, Bartlett, Okla.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday (this afternoon) at the Rossville High School gymnasium. Burial will in Rossville Cemetery under direction of Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home, Topeka.
