Obituary- Nider, Robert 2
Robert "Brad" Nider
Robert Bradley "Brad" Nider, 18, Rossville, died Saturday evening, March 12, 1983, at his home of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to a Shawnee County Sheriff's official.
He was born June 30, 1964, in Topeka, the son of Larry Robert and Henrietta Lucille Delfs Nider.
He was a senior at Rossville High School and was a member of the football and baseball teams. He was also a member of Letterman's Club and Future Business Leaders of America at the high school, and Rossville United Methodist Church.
In addition to his parents, survivors include two sisters, Kaye Lynn Nider, Topeka, and Lisa Annette Nider, Rossville; two grandmothers, Mrs. Emma Delfs, Alma, and Mrs. Emma Nider, Blue Rapids.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday (this afternoon) at Rossville High School. Burial will be in Rossville Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Rossville High School, Rossville, Ks. 66533. Parker-Price Mortuary, Topeka, is in charge of arrangements.
