Hercule Pessemier, St. Marys Banker, Dies

Hercule Pessemier, 90-year-old St. Marys banker, died Friday afternoon in a Topeka hospital.

Mr. Pessemier was born in Renaix, Belgium, in 1871. He came directly to St. Marys 66 years ago and had lived there since. He married Catherine Uhlrich May 5, 1897.

He is survived by his wife of the home; one daughter, Mrs. D. Arthur Wolf, of Topeka; two grandchildren, Mrs. Richard Royer of Abilene, and Miss Adele Bernero, of St. Marys; and one great-grandchild, Catherine Adele Loyer [sic corrected Royer].

Funeral services were at the Immaculate Conception Church in St. Marys Sunday afternoon, with Mass Monday morning at 9.
