Mrs. Martha Rezac Ptacek
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday (today) at DeVorss Mortuary in Wichita for Mrs. Martha Rezac Ptacek, 82, formerly of Rossville, who died Thursday, November [11], 1976, at her home. She had diabetes [.]

She was born September 18, [1894 in] Rossville where she spent her [childhood.] She attended Kansas State Teachers [College] at Emporia and formerly taught [ ] in the Rossville community. She [has lived] in Wichita more than 30 years.

Her husband, Anthony Ptacek, [ ] years ago.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Marjorie Sheppard, Bellevue; [three] sons, Lou Ptacek Manhattan, [ ] Ptacek, Independence, [M ] Thomas Ptacek, at home [ ] Mrs. Tillie Luthye, and [ ] both in Topeka, and [ ] Delia; three brothers [ ] Upland, Calif., [Ernest ] Rezac, both of [ ].

Burial will be [ ].

Survivors: sons, Stanley of Wichita, Antone Jr. of Manhattan, Kan., James of Kansas City, Mo.; daughter, Mrs. Marjorie Sheppard of Bellevue, Wash.; brothers Richard Rezac of Upland, Calif., Earnest and Jim Rezac, both of Rossville, Kan.; sisters, Mrs. Pauline Miller of Delia, Kan., Mrs. Tillie Luthye, Mrs. Elsie Lynde, both of Topeka.
