Mr. and Mrs. Lew Pressgrove of Tecumseh were in Rossville to attend the funeral service of her relative, J.W. Reid. They were also guests of Mr. and Mrs. C.E. Cless.

Notice of Appointment
State of Kansas to:
The creditors, heirs, devisees and legatees of John W. Reid, deceased, and all other persons interested or concerned in the estate of said decedent:
You are hereby notified that Ethel Kerr and Homer Reid were, by the Probate Court of Shawnee County, Kansas, on the 10th day of May, 1944, duly appointed Administrators C.T.A., of the estate of John W. Reid, deceased, and have qualified as such administrators, C.T.A. and that all creditors must exhibit their demands against said estate, within nine months from the date of the first publication of this notice, as provided by law and if their demands are not thus exhibited, the same will be forever barred.
