Mrs. Lola Rice
HOLTON - Mrs. Lola Rice, 83, Holton, died Saturday, July 20, at a Holton nursing home.

Mrs. Rice was born Sept. 27, 1901, at Chester, Neb., the daughter of James and Annie Sidel Farnsworth. She moved to Holton from Delia in 1969.

She was a member of the Christian Church.

She married Philander Rice Oct. 27, 1926, at Kansas City, Mo. He died Dec. 3, 1967.

Survivors include a brother, Harvey Farnsworth, address unavailable.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Mercer Funeral Home in Holton. Burial will be in Mayetta Cemetery at Mayetta. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association in care of Denison State Bank at Holton, 66436.
