Obituary- Richardson, Harold

Services were held Friday June 14 for Mr. H. D. Richardson who passed away suddenly Tuesday after sufferings a heart attack. Mr. Richardson was principal at Rossville High School for 18 years before moving to Frankfort three years ago. He was born Nov. 27, 1906 in Phillip County. He earned his bachelor’s and Masters degrees in education from Kansas State University. He was a member of Rossville Methodist Church. Amarylis Chapter 321 of the Order of the Easter Star at Rossville, Hesperian Lodge 111 AF & AM at Rossville, The Rotary Club at Frankfort, the Marshall County Teachers Assn, and the Assn, of Secondary School Principals. He is survived by his widow Mrs. Inez Richardson of the home, a son David Richardson, Frankfort, and a brother Kenneth Richardson, of San Diego, Calif. Burial was in Rossville cemetery.
