Obituary- Rouse, John

JOHN WILLIAM ROUSE
John William Rouse, 74, a resident of 'he Rossville community for about 23 years, died late Friday night at his home after a long illness, resulting from a fractured hip and leg.

He was born in Tipton, Ind., He was a past master of Hesperian Lodge No. Ill, AF and AM. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Emma Rouse, of the home in Rossville.

Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 2 o’clock, from the Rossville Christian church, with the pastor Orel Newbury of Manhattan in charge of the service.

Music was furnished by Mrs. Ruth Hesse and Mrs. Lorene Parr with Miss Thelma Parr accompanying at the piano.

Pall bearers were, Jack Gleason, Dudley Barker, Ed James, Levi Keller, Delbert Olson, and Tom Bush.

Burial was in Rossville City cemetery with the Masons in charge of burial service.
