Obituary- Skidmore, Albert

A.M. SKIDMORE OF WILLARD DIES
Services for Albert M. Skidmore, 88, Willard were at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 29, in Parker Mortuary with burial in Rossville Cemetery, He died Wednesday at his home.

He was born Feb. 26, 1875 in Upshur County, W. Va., and had lived in Willard more than 50 years. He was a retired barber.

He is survived by his wife, Martha, of the home; six sons, R. C., Trenton, Mo., D. R., Chicago, Ill., J. B., Dalhart, Texas, J. E., Los Angeles, P.M., 1705 John in Topeka, and R. L., Route 8, Topeka; two daughters, Mrs. Laura Jackson, 520 Tyler, and Mrs. Bertha Martin, 1709 N. Tyler; 19 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren and a brother, Fred Skidmore, Glenville, W. Va.
