Survivors include his parents: Mr. and Mrs. Joseph S. Frederick; a brother: Joseph L. Frederick of the home; two sisters: Marie Frederick, Holton, and Iona Frederick, of the home; his grandparents: Mr. and Mrs. Emil Hladky, of the home; and Mrs. Sophia Frederick, Oklahoma City.
