IRMA ALICE STOCKTON
Miss Irma Alice Stockton, 42, formerly of Topeka, died Friday after a two- year illness at her home in Santa Ana, Calif., according to word received there by her aunt, Mrs. R. G. DeGraff.
Born February 16, 1909, in Eureka, Miss Stockton lived in Topeka until 12 years ago when she moved to California. She is a registered nurse and took her training at the Emporia. Memorial Hospital, Emporia, and was on the nursing staff at Menninger’s and Hillcrest in Topeka. Prior to her death, she was floor superintendent at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Santa Ana.
She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Frances E. Stockton, Grandview, Mo., a sister, Mrs. Euna Tompkins, Castleton, a brother, Walter R. Stockton, 293 Golden, her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. F. E. Strimple of Rossville, and aunt, Mrs. T. H. Attebury of Rossville.
