Robert A. Terrill
ROSSVILLE - Robert A. Terrill, 74, died Saturday at his home here. He apparently had a heart attack.

He was born Jan. 9,1903, at Burr Oak in Jewell County and spent most of his life in Jewell County. He moved to Rossville about 14 years ago.

Mr. Terrill formerly owned and operated a grocery store at Randall in Jewell County. He was a member of the United Methodist Church at Burr Oak and was a 33-year member of Elks Lodge No. 586 at Concordia.

He was married to Opal Fishburn Oct. 8,1921, at Burr Oak. She survives. A son, Laurence Terrill, died in 1944.

Survivors include a son, R. Lloyd Terrill, 8724 S.W. 10th, Topeka; two daughters, Mrs. Charlotte Duley, Route 8, Topeka, and Mrs. Glenda Peters, St. Marys; a brother, Irwin Terrill, Kahoka, Mo.; a sister, Mrs. Eva Harris, Burr Oak; and eight grandchildren.

Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Verschelden Funeral Home at St. Marys. Graveside services will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Burr Oak Cemetery in Jewell County. Memorial contributions may be made to the United Methodist Church at Rossville.
