George A. Weeks

LAWRENCE - George A. Weeks, 85, formerly of Lawrence, died Wednesday, June 5, 1996, at a Peoria, Ariz., nursing home.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the Oak Hill Cemetery in Lawrence. Relatives and friends will meet following the services at the Ramada Inn in Lawrence. Mr. Weeks will lie in state from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today and Sunday at Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home in Lawrence. The casket will remain closed. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 3625 S.W. 29th Street, Topeka, 66614.
