Harold O. Wells
ROSSVILLE - Harold O. Wells, 73, at his home here
Wednesday.

He was born Aug. 4, 1904, at Delia and spent all his life in the Rossville-St. Marys community, where he farmed.

He was a past master of Pottawatomie Lodge No. 52 and district deputy grand master in 1956-57 of District 24, AF&AM. He was a member of St. Marys United Methodist Church.

Mr. Wells was married to Hazel Hawk Dec. 24,1928, in Topeka. She survives.

Other survivors include a son, Melvin Wells, Mayetta; two daughters, Mrs. Buelah Pierson, Hastings, Iowa, and Mrs. Florence Werner, Paxico; four brothers, Myron Wells, Cecil Wells and Herbert Wells, Holton, and George Wells, 557 Burr; two sisters, Mildred Eby, Mayetta, and Clara Harper, Newcastle, Wyo.; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Services are pending at Versheldon [sic] Funeral Home at St. Marys.
