Obituary- Wiant, Elmus

Elmus C. Wiant
Elmus C. Wiant, 84, of Silver Lake, died Aug. 12 in the Wamego Hospital. He was born February 13. 1873 at Urbana, Ohio, and had lived in the Silver Lake community 76 years. He was a member of the Carpenter’s Local No 1445.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary E. Wiant, of the home; a daughter, Mrs. Mabel Posz, Topeka; three sons, Everett Wiant, Silver Lake; Russell Wiant, Las Vegas. Nev., and Larry Wiant, Houston, Texas; a sister, Mrs. Laura Good no, Topeka; two grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
