Ronnebaum-Disidore Couple Married in Topeka
Jeanne Marie Ronnebaum and Nicholas Eugene Disidore received the sacrament of marriage on Saturday, July 18, 1987, at 1:30 p.m. at Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Topeka. Fr. Frank Krische officiated the double ring ceremony.

Parents of the couple are Donald and Rosie Ronnebaum, Delia, and Eugene and Bonnie Disidore, Topeka.

Given in marriage by her father and mother, the bride wore a floor-length ivory gown of Chantilly-type lace. The slender bodice of lace was designed with a deep yoke of illusion embroidered in sequins and seed pearls and finished with a Mandarin collar.

The bride wore the gown worn by her mother 30 years ago. It featured a full, gathered skirt with plain panels in front and back. The side panels were formed with cascades of deep lace ruffles.

The finger-tip ivory veil was of floral designed lace. Her headpiece, trimmed with sequins and pearls, complimented the gown. The bride carried a sweetheart rose cascade of peach and gray roses with ivory, lily of the valley, and peach azaleas. A peach lace ribbon completed the cascade.

Bridal attendants wore matching tea length dresses of peach fabric with spaghetti straps. The carried bouquets of ivory and gray starflowers. Linda Ronnebaum, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Diane Ronnebaum, sister of the bride, Maria Taynton and Gina Disidore, sisters of the groom.

Mr. Disidore wore a silver colored tuxedo and ivory shirt with a peach rose boutonniere. His attendants wore the same style and color tuxedos with peach boutonnieres. David Ronnebaum, brother of the bride, was best man. Groomsmen were Alan Stork, friend of the groom, Jeff Disidore and Tom Disidore, brothers of the groom.

Ring bearers were Max Ronnebaum, nephew of the bride, and Matt Bethel, nephew of the groom. They wore silver colored pants and ivory shirts with peach boutonnieres.

Flower girls were Tracy Ronnebaum, niece of the bride, and Michelle Bethel, niece of the groom. They wore identical peach tea length dresses trimmed in lace, with lace slips showing in the back. Each carried a basket with peach and silver rose petals.

Ushers were Mike Ronnebaum, brother of the bride, and Doug Taynton, brother-in-law of the groom. They wore gray tuxedos.

The guest book was tended by Carol Ronnebaum, sister-in-law of the bride. Ashley Bethel handed out programs.

Music for the wedding was by Chris Bethel, sister of the groom, and Tom Perkuhn, friend of the couple, who sang "Standing for the Son" and "There Is Love" before the ceremony. During communion, they sang "Household of Faith." LeRoy Garvin, friend of the couple, said the "Our Father" during communion.

Janet Ronnebaum, sister-in-law of the bride was lector. Servers were Tony Disidore, brother of the groom, and Brian Grieves, cousin of the bride. Jonella Disidore and Karen Disidore, sisters of the groom, lit the candles.

Cake and punch were served by Beth Ronnebaum, sister-in-law of the bride, Alice Besta and Barb Engler, friends of the bride. A three-layer cake and two heart-shaped side cakes trimmed in peach ribbon and flowers were served.

Mr. and Mrs. Disidore are living in Overland Park. Nick is employed as a sales representative for Automated Business Systems in Overland Park. Jeanne is a legal secretary for Sloan, Listrom, Eisenbarth, Sloan and Glassman in Overland Park.
