Connie Marie Broxterman and Daniel Eugene Fischer were united in marriage Oct. 30, 1993, at Immaculate Conception Church in St. Marys. The Rev. Carl DeKat officiated.

Parents of the couple are Robert and Ann Broxterman, Rossville, and Elvin and Elaine Fischer, Wallace.

Attending the bride were Nancy Pletcher, Eskridge; Vicky Catron, Rossville; Marilyn Fischer, Sharon Springs; and Jessica Rakestraw, Silver Lake.

The bridegroom’s attendants were William Fischer, Wallace; Todd Birkholtz, Wichita; Andy Broxterman, Hutchinson; and Steven Bouzianis, Silver Lake.

Tyler Pletcher, Eskridge, was the ring bearer, and Michelle Taylor, Silver Lake, was the flower girl. Candle lighters were Janice Taylor, Silver Lake, and Cherly Murray, Rolla, Mo. Ushers were David Broxterman and Brad Broxterman, Silver Lake, and Kevin Shriner, Fayetteville, Ark.

Soloists were Edith Jensen, Hays, and Trina Flora, Junction City. Lecturer was Joyce Rakestraw, Silver Lake, and the server was Chris Broxterman, Rossville. Angie Shriner, Fayetteville, was the guest book attendant. Jared Rakestraw and Gregory Bouzianis, Silver Lake, handed programs to guests.

Mary Ann Reser, St. Marys, was the reception hostess. Reception attendants were Jeanette Bouzianis, Tiffany Broxterman, Shannon Hook, and Linda Wichman, all of Silver Lake, and Sandy Schemm, Sharon Springs.

The bride is a graduate of Rossville High School and Kansas State University with a degree in agronomy. The bridegroom is a graduate of Wallace County High School, Colby Community College and Kansas State University with a degree in agriculture business. He is employed at the Ellinwood Farm Service Cen-ter.

The couple live in Ellinwood.
