Parents of the bride are Douglas F. and Patricia A. Martinek, Union City, Tenn. Parents of the groom are Glen A. and Ellen M. Berry.

Attending the bride were Melissa K. Martinek, Kim Harshaw and Mandi Martinek, Union City. Attending the groom were Robert Rochford, Shawnee; Jeff Biggs, Kansas City, Kan.; and Patrick Berry. The bride is a graduate of Union City (Tenn.) High School and the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, with a degree in merchandising. She is employed as a department manager for The Jones Store Company. The groom is a graduate of Topeka West High School and Kansas State University with a degree in accounting. He is employed as store director of JM Bauerfeld’s.
