Marriage vows are exchanged
The marriage of Dorothy Ann Matyak to Mr. Raynard D. Barnes was solemnized at 2:00 p.m., Nov. 20, in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Delia, with the Rev. Richard Etzel officiating.

Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Paul F. Matyak, Delia, and Mr. and Mrs. Dale Barnes of Havensville.

The bride made her A-line floor-length gown of crushed velvet with long sleeves gathered into cuffs with pearl buttons and loops. Her floor- length veil was held by a Camelot headpiece trimmed with pearls and lace. She carried a bouquet of red roses and white carnations.

Attending the bride were her sister, Miss Roxann Matyak as maid of honor, and Mrs. Vicki Patterson as bridesmatron.

Kenny Barnes was groomsman for his brother, and Gary King was best man. Servers were Ricky Matyak, brother of the bride, and Terry Ronnebaum. Ushers were the bride’s brothers, Paul and Ed Matyak.

A reception at the Delia Grade School followed the ceremony. A wedding dance was held that evening at the Bohemian Hall.

The bride is employed by the State Board of Agriculture, and Mr. Barnes is employed by Allis Chalmers in Topeka.

The couple is at home at 846 N. Arter, Topeka.
