Elza Marie Stiles and Thomas Edward Owens exchanged marriage vows July 12 in Council Grove.

The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Gertude Stiles, Rossville, and the late Howard Stiles. Parents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Owens, Kansas City.

Mrs. Owens was graduated from Rossville High School and is employed by Montgomery Ward and Co.

Mr. Owens, a graduate of Piper High School, served with the U. S. Army and recently completed a tour of duty in Vietnam.

The couple will be at home at 4847 N. 93 St., Kansas City.
