Mr. and Mrs. Richard Lockwood, Fargo, N.D. announce the engagement of their daughter, Lucy Evelyn, to Vincent Phillip Martinek, son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Martinek, Rossville.

Miss Lockwood is a graduate of Fargo High School and is employed in Topeka by National Reserve Life Insurance Co.

Mr. Martinek was graduated from Rossville High School and is employed by Merchants Delivery Co. He served in the U.S. Army two years and was in Vietnam seven months.
