Kevin and Tammy Kerwin, Delia, announce the birth of their daughter, Rebecca Ann, on Saturday, April 1, 1989, at Stormont-Vail Regional Medical Center, Topeka. She weighed eight pounds, six ounces and was 20 1/4 inches long. Rebecca has a two and one-half year old sister, Amanda.

Maternal grandparents are Marion and Lucille Porter, Maple Hill. Paternal grandparents are Robert and Rita Kerwin, Delia.
