A little miss by the name of Shandy has arrived at Stormont-Vail Hospital, Topeka, on Oct. 7. She weighed eight pounds, five ounces at birth. She will make her home with Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Kelsey, Topeka.

Her grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Scott W. Kelsey of Rossville; Mr. and Mrs. Hector Scheffer, Deerfield, Illinois.

Great-grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Townsend, and Mrs. Iva Kelsey, all of Topeka.
