Engagement- Carwile, Brenda-Hallmark, Alan

Brenda Carwile to Wed Alan Hallmark in March

Mr. and Mrs. Henry Carwile, Lynchburg, Va. announce the engagement of their daughter, Brenda, to Alan Hallmark, son of Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Hallmark, St. Marys.

Miss Carwile is a graduate of E. C. Glass High School, Lynchburg, and received a B.M.E. degree from Longwood College of Farmville, Va. For three years she was an elementary music instructor for the Loudoun County (Va.) schools.

Mr. Hallmark is a graduate of St. Marys High School and received a B.S. degree in music education from Kansas State University. For two years he was music instructor for the B & B school district at Baileyville, Ks.

At present, Mr. Hallmark and Miss Carwile are attending Grayson County College at Denison, Tex., where they are studying piano technology.

Their wedding is planned for March 17.
