Claussen — Myers announce engagement
Mary Chris Claussen, Paxico and Ron Myers, Delia, are announcing their engagement and upcoming marriage.

Mary Chris is the daughter of Dr. Verne Claussen Jr., and the late Patricia Mary (Mary Pat) Claussen and stepdaughter of Marilyn Claussen, Alma. Her grandparents are Dorothy Claussen, Alma, and the late Verne Claussen Sr. Her mother’s parents are the late Bart D. and Mary Jane Williams of Birmingham, Ala.

Ron is the son of Teresa Myers, Calloway, Neb., and Ron Myers, also of Nebraska. His grandparents are Lloyd and Teresa Miller, Delia. His father’s parents are Mrs. Maxine Mulkey of Holton and the late Clarence Myers of Holton.

The couple will marry on Aug. 26 at the Alma United Methodist Church in Alma.
