Donovan-Pottorf Vows Exchanged
Claudia Ann Donovan and Jason Dee Pottorf exchanged marriage vows Saturday, July 13, 2002, at Countryside United Methodist Church in Topeka. Pastor Janet Maxwell officiated the 6:00 p.m. service.

The bride is the daughter of Jack and Ruth Donovan, Rossville. The groom is the son of Becky Bridgewater, Overland Park, and Rex Pottorf, Silver Lake.

Joan Donovan, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Teresa Gentry and Amanda Grafel.

Brian Knorr was best man. Groomsmen were Justin Pottorf and Ben Waymire.

Taylee Soukup was the flower girl. Ring bearer was Braden Beal.

A reception following the ceremony was held in Heritage Hall.

Mrs. Pottorf is a graduate of Rossville High School and Washburn University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media. She is employed by Citizens State Bank, Gridley.

Mr. Pottorf is a graduate of Silver Lake High School and Kansas State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nuclear Engineering. He is employed by Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation as a safety analysis engineer in Burlington.

Following a honeymoon trip to Cancun, Mexico, the newlyweds are at home in Burlington.
