Anniversary- Kling, Kenny and Charlotte

Klings celebrate 25 years of marriage
Kenny Kling and Charlotte Steele were married at the childhood church home of Charlotte, the Rossville Christian Church, by St. Marys United Methodist pastor, Reverend Gary Beach, on Oct. 9, 1983.

At that time the St. Marys United Methodist Church had been tom down in preparation to build the new Methodist church at Seventh and Alma.

They are parents of four children: Pamela Del Castillo, Overland Park; Russell Steele, Topeka; Rodney Steele, deceased; Lou Ann Kling, Emmett; and Chuck Kling, Seneca. They have 11 grandchildren.

Kenny operated Kenny’s Barber Shop in St. Marys for 45 years. Charlotte has been a local hairdresser for 36 years.
