Gene and Jeanie McDonald, Topeka, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Saturday at Reynolds Lodge on the east side of Lake Shawnee.

Eugene B McDonald and W. Jeanie Hammond were married Feb 16. 1946. in Rossville. They are the parents of Rick and Ramona McDonald. Lloyd and Kim McDonald. Ken and Linda McDonald and Tom and Margaret McDonald. They have nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Mr. McDonald is retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. Mrs. McDonald is a homemaker.

The couple request no gifts be given.
