Claypole Webb Corpening

Jessie May Roseanna Claypole Webb Corpening, formerly of Topeka, went to be with her Lord and Savior February 19, 2014 surrounded by her loving family. Jessie was born May 31, 1931 in Orrick, Missouri to William Franklin and Eugenia May (Jones) Claypole. She is survived by her husband James Corpening, Osage City; children: John (Phyllis) Webb, Ron (Theresa) Webb, Debbie (Greg) Stadler (all of Topeka), Don (Sandy) Webb (Berryton), Rita (Larry) Berry (Tecumseh), Pam (Wade) Handley (Burlington), Jim (Wendy) Corpening (Rossville); two step-children Debbie Pitts (Osage City) and Jim A (Cheri) Corpening (Lawrence), 96 grand, great, and great-great grandchildren; her sister Vivian Walls (Skiatook, OK); and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Sunday, February 23 from 3-5 PM at Burlington United Methodist Church, 207 S. 6th St., Burlington, KS. Services will be held Monday, February 24, 2014 at 2PM at the church.
